RDD Solutions uses the information you submit—your name, email address, selected service and message—to review your inquiry, respond, and discuss possible work. The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, with notifications sent to RDD's Gmail inbox. Hosting and security services also handle technical request information to operate and protect the website.
RIA sends your chat messages and the current conversation context to Anthropic to generate AI replies. Netlify stores anonymous usage reservations to enforce an AI spending limit. RIA uses approved public business information and has no access to private records, email or calendars. Chat context is held in this page and a signed token that expires after 30 minutes. Starting fresh clears this page’s context; it does not delete provider records. Avoid sensitive information. Only a draft you review and approve is copied into the contact form; a separate form submission is required to send it. RDD has not added an advertising tracker. Workflow examples remain illustrative. Links to book retailers and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

RIA voice demo
The optional voice demo sends microphone audio to ElevenLabs to understand your speech and generate an AI reply. It starts only after you agree and press Start. Audio recording is disabled in our agent settings. ElevenLabs may retain conversation transcripts for up to one day. Do not share sensitive information. You can end the conversation at any time or use text RIA instead.
We store limited usage reservations and a hashed network address to keep the demo allowance bounded. We do not save your voice transcript in the website usage store. ElevenLabs privacy policy.
